History
- In 1992 a group of Independent State Parties came together in order to form the Taxpayers Party.
- In 1996 the Constitutional Party became recognized as a national party, this brought the number of recognized parties to five.
- In the year 2000 the Taxpayers Party decided to change the name to the Constitutional Party to better tell of their primary focuses.
Philosophy
The Constitutional Party believe in:
- Life for all Humans
- One man and one women with their children in divine instituted.
- America needs to interpret the original documents from the founding fathers.
- Need to protect borders, trade, and the common defense for America.
Candidate: Howard Philips

- Howard Phillips was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 19
- A 1962 graduate of Harvard College in Cambridge Massachusetts, he was twice elected as chairman of the Student Council.
- He helped for the Taxpayers Party in 1992 to help reform the government back to the "common law."
- He served as the President of the Conservative Caucus Research.
- He wrote four books along with many other awards through different organizations.
